Please read these Terms carefully. By applying for membership, completing payment, or using any DD Vacations Club service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your membership.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by DD Vacations Club ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at ddvacations.club, membership programs, and vacation booking services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, submitting a membership application, or making any payment to DD Vacations Club, you ("Member," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DD Vacations Club. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Membership & Eligibility

To become a member of DD Vacations Club, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application process;
Complete payment of the applicable membership fee as selected at checkout.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, member ID, or booking access with any third party who is not an authorized guest under your membership account.

Membership Plans: DD Vacations Club currently offers the following plans:

Full Payment Plan: A one-time payment of $1,050, which includes 2 complimentary membership months and a reduced activation fee of $50. Annual renewal is $225/year (or $200/year with AutoPay).
Partial Payment Plan: An initial payment of $350 followed by 10 monthly installments of $100. Annual renewal is $225/year (or $200/year with AutoPay).

Member benefits, including resort access, discounts, and bonus vacations, activate upon receipt of full initial payment or confirmation of installment plan enrollment.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice. By providing payment information, you authorize DD Vacations Club to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Installment Plans: Members on a partial payment plan authorize recurring monthly charges of $100 per month for 10 consecutive months following the initial deposit. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of member benefits until the account is brought current, or termination of membership at the Company's discretion.

Annual Renewal: Membership renews annually. You will receive notice of your renewal date at least 30 days in advance. Renewal payments will be charged automatically if AutoPay is enrolled. You may cancel AutoPay or choose not to renew by contacting member support at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases. Tax rates vary by jurisdiction and may be added at checkout.

4. Bookings & Reservations

DD Vacations Club provides members with access to a curated portfolio of resort properties across North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Availability of specific properties is subject to change and is not guaranteed.

When making a reservation:

You must book using your member account credentials;
Resort pricing displayed is the member rate and may vary from publicly advertised rates;
All bookings are subject to individual resort policies, including check-in/check-out times, resort fees, and house rules;
DD Vacations Club acts as an intermediary; individual resort policies regarding damages, conduct, and local laws apply.

Complimentary vacation packages included with membership (such as "2 Free All-Inclusive Vacation Packages") are subject to availability, specific terms, blackout dates, and resort-specific conditions provided at the time of redemption. These packages have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Please review our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete details. Key points include:

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated and member benefits accessed;
A limited rescission period may apply in certain jurisdictions — please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel;
Cancellation of a booking may be subject to individual resort cancellation policies, which we will communicate to you at the time of booking.

6. Member Conduct

As a member of DD Vacations Club, you agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful personal vacation and travel purposes;
Provide truthful and accurate information at all times;
Not misuse, duplicate, or resell member access, codes, or discounts;
Comply with all applicable laws, resort rules, and community standards during resort stays;
Not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the Services or other members' experience.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund, at the sole discretion of DD Vacations Club.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DD Vacations Club website and in member communications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of DD Vacations Club or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your membership does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Company content. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DD Vacations Club does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of resort pricing, availability, or descriptions provided through the platform.

DD Vacations Club is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party resort property or travel service provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DD VACATIONS CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DD VACATIONS CLUB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes by contacting DD Vacations Club support at the information provided below.

11. Changes to Terms

DD Vacations Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active members via email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
